To create a seat map go to the Maps Component in the CMS content manager and click new map
- first upload a map image file and give the map a name.
- You can then plot table/seat locations by creating landmarks and assigning attendees to them.
- Multiple attendees from multiple sessions can be assigned to a single landmark—think of a table that is used by a different group of attendees for each session that occurs in that room.
If an attendee is assigned to a table for a particular session, the session's Details screen displays a seating map location button. Touching this button opens the seat map, which displays a pin graphic at the location of the attendee's table. An attendee will only ever see the location of their own seat, and not the location of other attendees.
