An Event Admin staff role has been added to enable our customers and partners to create unique login credentials for their staff providing them with access to core functionality such as modifying events and viewing analytics. This staff role is designed to meet the increasing security requirements of our enterprise customers.
Account Admin
The Lumi Platform now allows the Customer to create an Account Admin user role. The main goal of the Account Admin is to provide super user access to organization’s that require more than one super user, without the need to share a single user login ID. This means, the Account Admin role has the same capabilities of the Customer, but with the additional capability of administering other Account Admin users.
Event Admin
The Lumi Platform (LP) now allows the Customer to create an Event Admin user role. The main difference between the Event Admin user and the Admin user is that the Event Admin has access to the Analytics. The Event Admin can also create Leader and Curator roles.
The Event Admin can:
- Access the Content Management and Overview sections of the QuickEvents assigned to them
- Configure features within the QuickEvents assigned to them
- Create Leader and Curator roles for the QuickEvents assigned to them
- Access Analytics part of the QuickEvent via QucikMobile Platform
An Admin user can:
- Access the Content Management and Overview sections of the QuickEvents assigned to them
- Create Leader and Curator roles for the QuickEvents assigned to them
- Access Nested events within the QuickEvents assigned to them
A leader user can:
- Access the Content Management and Overview sections of the QuickEvents assigned to them
- Create Curators for the QuickEvents assigned to them
- Not have access to Nested events within the QuickEvents assigned to them, they require
additional permission to access these nested events
A curator user can:
- Access the Media Manager and the Gallery Content Management section of the
QuickEvents assigned to them - Not have access to Nested events within the QuickEvents assigned to them, they require added permission to access these nested events
