Appointments are easily scheduled by event planners or attendee's with the meeting being displayed in their personal schedules.
You can set a time, date and location before inviting upto 10 attendees to the meeting.
Give your appointment a name, a start and end time, and some invitees. Include a description and set a reminder if desired. When you’re finished, tap Done. Invitations will be immediately sent to all relevant attendees. |

Accepted appointments will show on your My Schedule with a green check mark and ‘Accepted Invitation’ message. |
